{"id":4994,"date":"2022-03-04T17:51:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-04T16:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindev.mines-stetienne.fr\/lgf\/?page_id=4994"},"modified":"2022-09-07T14:01:03","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T12:01:03","slug":"caracterisation-des-interfaces-et-proprietes-induites","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/lgf\/equipes-2\/mpe\/caracterisation-des-interfaces-et-proprietes-induites\/","title":{"rendered":"Caract\u00e9risation des interfaces et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s induites"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\">[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]L\u2019\u00e9quipe MPE est naturellement amen\u00e9e \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>\u00e9laboration<\/strong> de <strong>multimat\u00e9riaux<\/strong>, ou mat\u00e9riaux composites au sens g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du terme : composites \u00e0 fibres (synth\u00e9tiques \/ naturelles) \u2013 polym\u00e8re, c\u00e9ramique \u2013 c\u00e9ramique, etc. La <strong>morphologie<\/strong> et l\u2019agencement de ces diff\u00e9rentes phases peuvent \u00eatre extr\u00eamement vari\u00e9s. La ma\u00eetrise du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laboration, ainsi que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques induites du mat\u00e9riau \u00e9labor\u00e9, d\u00e9pendent fortement des interfaces entre les constituants \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires. Ces <strong>interfaces<\/strong> doivent donc \u00eatre <strong>caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es<\/strong> et <strong>optimis\u00e9es<\/strong> en fonction du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 et de l\u2019application vis\u00e9e. Le deuxi\u00e8me axe de recherche de MPE est ainsi d\u00e9volu au d\u00e9veloppement de ces <strong>m\u00e9thodes de caract\u00e9risation<\/strong> et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de la <strong>relation interfaces \u2013 \u00e9laboration \u2013 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s induites<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Le premier aspect de ce travail est la <strong>caract\u00e9risation<\/strong> du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de <strong>mouillabilit\u00e9<\/strong> durant l\u2019\u00e9laboration de composites \u00e0 fibres longues, et notamment \u00e0 <strong>fibre<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong> de lin<\/strong> r\u00e9tifi\u00e9es. Ces m\u00e9thodes de caract\u00e9risation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendues \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019impr\u00e9gnation d\u2019encre dans un lit de poudre (proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Metal Binder Jetting, MPE \u2013 CETIM \u2013 Mines Al\u00e8s).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me aspect de cet axe est la caract\u00e9risation et l\u2019optimisation du <strong>comportement sous champ micro-onde<\/strong> de mat\u00e9riaux <strong>c\u00e9ramiques<\/strong> ou composites c\u00e9ramiques\/c\u00e9ramiques. L\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude du frittage par chauffage micro-onde de ces mat\u00e9riaux. Le laboratoire dispose de diff\u00e9rentes cavit\u00e9s micro-ondes (multimodes et monomode) instrument\u00e9es pour suivre <em>in situ<\/em> la densification des mat\u00e9riaux. Concernant l\u2019\u00e9tude du frittage, les deux objectifs principaux sont d\u2019\u00e9tudier la <strong>densification<\/strong> et de comprendre l\u2019<strong>interaction micro-ondes\/mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong>, par une approche combinant e<strong>xp\u00e9rimentation<\/strong> et <strong>simulation num\u00e9rique<\/strong>. Par ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la <strong>mise en forme<\/strong> de pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques par <strong>fabrication additive<\/strong>. Trois proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s\u00a0: la st\u00e9r\u00e9olithograhie, le robocasting et le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de fil fondu avec des filaments charg\u00e9s en c\u00e9ramique. Ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s permettent d\u2019envisager de fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe, dont le frittage par micro-ondes est ensuite \u00e9tudi\u00e9. Les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du chauffage micro-onde (vitesse de chauffage \u00e9lev\u00e9e et s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 du chauffage) peuvent aussi \u00eatre mises \u00e0 profit pour le chauffage s\u00e9lectif de mat\u00e9riaux ou l\u2019\u00e9tude de leur r\u00e9activit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, pour mieux comprendre les interactions micro-ondes\/mat\u00e9riaux, un dispositif de mesures de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s di\u00e9lectriques en temp\u00e9rature a \u00e9t\u00e9
