Cet axe donne lieu \u00e0 plusieurs actions&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tude de la relation proc\u00e9d\u00e9-microstructure-propri\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/strong>. Nous \u00e9tudions la relation entre les conditions de refroidissement li\u00e9es au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et la microstructure finale. Une attention particuli\u00e8re est apport\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019effet de l\u2019environnement sur les transformations m\u00e9tallurgiques.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux pour la fabrication additive m\u00e9tallique<\/strong>. Nous menons des actions visant \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les effets de composition sur les microstructures obtenues, que ce soit \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9laboration de nouvelles compositions, les m\u00e9langes de poudre ou l\u2019utilisation d\u2019atmosph\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e lors de l\u2019\u00e9dification. L\u2019objectif \u00e0 terme de ces travaux est d\u2019inverser la tendance actuelle consistant \u00e0 chercher les param\u00e8tres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s pour fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 la base de nuances adapt\u00e9es aux traitements thermom\u00e9caniques classiques par la recherche de nouvelles nuances d\u00e9di\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 la fabrication additive.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La maitrise des cons\u00e9quences m\u00e9tallurgiques du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 WAAM.<\/strong> Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing&nbsp;\u00bb (WAAM) permet la fabrication et r\u00e9paration de pi\u00e8ces par d\u00e9p\u00f4t de de fil m\u00e9tallique et soudage. Le WAAM conduit \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de la mati\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e et donc \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e par rapport aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication soustractive.
