{"id":91,"date":"2022-11-22T16:33:43","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T15:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/fayol\/?page_id=91"},"modified":"2025-01-13T10:24:27","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T09:24:27","slug":"projets","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/fayol\/recherche\/genie-mathematique-et-industriel\/projets\/","title":{"rendered":"Projets"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Projet Easy Smart Factory<\/h3>\n<h4>Projet Structurant Pour la Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 (PSPC)<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Descriptif :\u00a0<\/strong>L\u2019objectif vis\u00e9 par le projet est d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la digitalisation des ateliers de productions et notamment les ateliers des petites structures gr\u00e2ces \u00e0 plusieurs innovations technologiques majeures (innovations logiciels, \u00e9lectroniques et Telecom). Pour ce projet, des acteurs compl\u00e9mentaires \u2013 de l\u2019IIoT au logiciel \u2013 se sont regroup\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper une solution avec un objectif commun de faire \u201dsimple\u201d et adapt\u00e9 aux PMI. Il s\u2019agit de mettre au point une solution innovante (mat\u00e9riel, logiciel, service) simple \u00e0 l\u2019usage qui permettra d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re significative la transformation digitale des ateliers industriels de taille moyenne (ateliers de production manufacturi\u00e8re et de conditionnement) en : (1) Diminuant les co\u00fbts de mise en \u0153uvre et d\u2019infrastructure (autonomie et simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la technologie), (2) Diminuant les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation (Solution As A Service et non investissement), (3) Diminuant les consommations \u00e9lectriques (infrastructure partag\u00e9e). Solution globale As A Service (logiciel MES 100% cloud et mat\u00e9riel IIoT hybride 5G en rupture technologique avec l\u2019existant), EASY SMART FACTORY permettra de digitaliser un atelier rapidement et en toute autonomie. En fonction de ses besoins, l\u2019industriel configurera les diff\u00e9rentes briques de sa solution sur un e-shop puis recevra le mat\u00e9riel. Avec le logiciel interfac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ERP, il disposera de toutes les donn\u00e9es temps r\u00e9el de son atelier qu\u2019il partagera avec ses \u00e9quipes pour am\u00e9liorer sa
