Elle permet ainsi de sensibiliser, de former et d\u2019accompagner les TPE, PME et ETI pour les aider \u00e0 num\u00e9riser leur outil de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il suit la cha\u00eene&nbsp;: Extraire \u2013 Transformer \u2013 Distribuer \u2013 Consommer \u2013 Jeter Ce syst\u00e8me lin\u00e9aire encourage la surconsommation des ressources en amont (et notamment l\u2019extraction et la consommation de ressources non renouvelables) et le gaspillage, la pollution et les d\u00e9chets en bout de cha\u00eene. Il est notamment \u00e0 la base d\u2019une croissance massive et exponentielle des d\u00e9chets, qui sont, au final, tr\u00e8s peu recycl\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale (ex du plastique).<\/p>\n<p>Une alternative \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me lin\u00e9aire repose sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. Ce mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique vise notamment \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes : l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire va au-del\u00e0 du recyclage et de la r\u00e9duction des impacts environnementaux, il peut contribuer \u00e0 corriger les erreurs du pass\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9liminer les d\u00e9chets et la pollution : dans une \u00e9conomie circulaire, les d\u00e9chets sont pris en compte d\u00e8s la phase de conception du produit.<\/li>\n<li>Accro\u00eetre la dur\u00e9e de vie des produits et mat\u00e9riaux : passer d\u2019une notion de \u00ab consommateur \u00bb \u00e0 une notion \u00ab d\u2019utilisateurs \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices multiples, la transformation de notre syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique actuel, de nos modes de production et de consommation, soul\u00e8ve plusieurs questions et enjeux, en particulier pour les pays en d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire sera-t-elle profitable seulement aux entreprises pouvant d\u00e9ployer des technologies d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et\/ou d\u2019efficience des ressources? Comment contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire dans un pays o\u00f9 la majeure partie des produits est import\u00e9e? L\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire est-elle r\u00e9ellement un atout pour les pays en d\u00e9veloppement? Ont-ils plus \u00e0 perdre qu\u2019\u00e0 gagner? L\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire a-t-elle une r\u00e9elle chance de s\u2019implanter face \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique bas\u00e9 sur la surconsommation et l\u2019obsolescence programm\u00e9e? Le statut quo est-il seulement possible?<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, l\u2019IFDD \u00e0 travers ses partenaires : Mines Saint Etienne ; le Centre d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes et de recherches intersectorielles en \u00e9conomie circulaire (CERIEC), de l\u2019\u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure (ETS) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec ; l\u2019Observatoire de la Francophonie \u00e9conomique (OFE) et le R\u00e9seau Normalisation et Francophonie (RNF) ambitionne de r\u00e9aliser un ouvrage sur \u00ab Les enjeux de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire dans l\u2019espace francophone
